This is an invitation to come together in a four-week series to explore the elements of nature as they are incorporated in the body – the potency and spaciousness of air, the steadfast, groundedness of earth, the ignition of fire and the fluidity of water. We’ll approach each element in its uniqueness and also within the context of the whole as sources from which to draw in deepening and enriching a Continuum practice. In each class there will be opportunities both for dialogue and taking our inquiries into a dive.
