| You are invited to join a four-week series on the field of the heart, explored through the lens of a Continuum Movement practice. As we continue to evolve as a species, a foundational inquiry of Continuum, “What does it mean to be human?” rises again and seeks expression through our embodiment. How can we more fully enter the field of the heart, moving and living from this center? Gradually, we shift from the imagery of the heart as a forceful pump to that of a wise organ of perception with the capacity to respond and orchestrate the “choreography of life.” In each session there will be opportunities for dialogue, a closer look at Emilie Conrad’s teachings, and a dive together.
