Paul is an Integrative (Somatic Arts) Psychotherapist, MA UKCP working in private practice in London. He is a primary supervisor in Child Psychotherapy and faculty at the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education.
In addition to his work in the field of psychotherapy, Paul teaches Hatha Yoga and has recently trained as a Yoga Therapist for Mental Health at the Minded Institute.
He is delighted to be a part of the community of Continuum Movement Practitioners and to be able to integrate this work in his practice, recognizing its unique contribution to wellbeing and personal/ professional growth.
Paul directs a small company named Ahimsa Associates that serves as a creative wellbeing consultancy offering professional trainings, workshops and retreats throughout the UK and abroad.
