Ioanna has studied a broad range of modalities and is a personal trainer. She has a degree in Physical Education and Sports Sciences, and practices myofascial therapy, reflexology and acupressure with suction cups. She states that one of the reasons she loves Continuum Movement is the way different breaths and sounds in Continuum produce different results. There is “relaxation , rebirth and renewal, sensations that no other type of exercise offers. You realize things happening in your body that you never noticed before. A deep communication of mind and body expressed in wavy motions and spirals starting from the smallest cells and spreading throughout the body. Continuum Movement is a continuous journey of exploring the senses and getting to know our body. Continuum Movement is a miracle that Emilie and her followers gave us.”
Ioanna loves to work with children and teach them how to appreciate their bodies. She volunteers at her children’s school to teach breath, sound and movement of Continuum.
