I am a Reichian body psychotherapist who graduated in 2007. I was introduced to the Continuum Movement method in the 90s – even before my psychotherapeutic studies – and the method made a deep impression on me at the time. However, studying to become a Continuum teacher in Finland seemed like a distant dream at the time, so I first gained experience and knowledge of the common wisdom of the body and mind through other means. During the corona pandemic, the world moved to the internet and it occurred to me to look for Continuum there. My old love for this wonderful and profound method was rekindled immediately during the first virtual webinar and applying for teacher training was a matter of course after that. I graduated as a Continuum teacher in the summer of 2024 and use Continuum as part of my psychotherapy work, both in groups and with individual clients. For me, Continuum is perhaps the tool that best affects the parasympathetic nervous system, and through Continuum it is possible to connect with the deep inner wisdom and health that all life is based on and returns to. My intention is to develop my Continuum work also outside of the psychotherapeutic approach and I can be contacted even without the need for psychotherapy. I am also happy to work via Zoom and in addition to Finnish, working in English is also successful. I would be very happy if we could also create a Continuum in Northern Europe in the future.
