Personally, Continuum Movement is my strongest avenue for aligning myself with peace and continually brings me in touch with what I consider my truest and best nature. Its when I feel the most at home in my body. When in the “Continuum state,” I feel at one with and tuned into Life, and I feel my greater potential as a human. Why practice Continuum? It feels good!!

A licensed massage therapist since 1991, I became intrigued with Continuum Movement in 1998 after feeling “mild ocean waves” undulating and rippling down and across a client’s back initiated by sound after my client’s return from a continuum workshop. Already familiar with craniosacral and visceral manipulation therapies, wonder about this new fluid phenomena further blurred the boundaries of what I had considered a body, increasing my curiosity about our capacities for healing as well as furthering my intrigue of mind/body/energy connections.

My continuum journey of self discovery has spanned twenty years of personal practice and workshops, culminating in the completion of the Continuum Movement Teacher Modular Training in Florida in 2019. I’m especially grateful to Kaiopa Stage who came to Alaska over and over in the dead of winter in my early years. And to my current, ongoing teachers in the modular program, particularly Donnalea Van Vleet Goelz, Kathy Benners and Teri Carter.

Over the past ten years, I have also engaged in personal development with the THEO group. Being Soul Integration™ Certified by the THEO group, Inc. further supports my understanding of blocks, holdings, traumas and the like held in our body/mind fields and their release. For 2022 I will be engaged in a yearlong embodiment coaching curriculum through Mark Walsh’s Embodiment University.

A forty-year resident of Fairbanks, Alaska, I now live in Long Valley, New Jersey (northcentral) learning more than I wanted to about repairing old homes.  I would love the opportunity to introduce your community to Continuum Movement in person (post-covid) and online.  I welcome teaching your own, exclusive group on your own schedule pertaining to your own personal topics of interest.  As soon as my new studio space is completed, I will be offering in-person privates as well as using continuum concepts in private bodywork sessions.

I can be contacted by email at [email protected] or by phone/text (907) 374-4745.
