Continuum Movement is, for me, an inhabiting of Movement, Time and Space – an unfolding in a gentle, self-loving, and peaceful way giving me hope for the evolving humanity away from linear social programming and imposement.

My main inquiries:
How can I support change for others? How can we enhance regulation?
How can we engage more to ourselves, others and the world? How can we intertwine systems while increasing openness?
How can we enter more fluidity?  In our movements, our careers, our relationships, our frames of mind, our every single present moment? How can we reach alternatives to our very own needs and benefit? How can we shift the narrative? How can we recreate the canvas?

Continuum Movement empowers us to dive into this ongoing process following the teacher within us. Initiating us but never imposing answers.

The CM teacher training program (500h) I attended was like undulations of bringing me “back home” and feeling genuinely SAFE within my own self. An infinite journey to my inner cosmic landscape thanks to the unique loving field and support of the group. During the modules, I had the most profound experience of reorganizing my nervous system and transforming dysfunctional psychosomatic patterns that no longer serve me. I entered a whole new world of infinite possibilities for my mind, my body, and my soul. “What else is possible” was emerging throughout this process all the time inscribed within my own cells. Tunning into my own rhythm, attuning with the universe. Slowing Down, becoming more non-linear, becoming me on a continuum spectrum.

Deep gratitude for the devoted loving work and constant support of my beloved teachers Lhamo Maria Karakosta Humpich and Donnalea Van Vleet Goelz who are living examples of true compassion and kindness, which I believe are the greatest virtues in teaching and life itself.
