My goal for my students is to assist them in discovering the increased vitality, sense of self, movement and joy that is possible in their bodies through the Continuum Movement work. I offer a diverse background of skills and experience to share with the students who attend my classes.
For over 20 years I successfully navigated the corporate world as a Manager and Consultant in the Human Resources field, and I understand the diversity and challenges of life. While doing this work, there was also a deep curiosity in me about the mind/body/spirit connection which drew me to study a variety of holistic modalities in healing, meditation, creativity and movement.
This curiosity led to exploring the healing arts in a deeper way, after leaving the business world, by becoming a Continuum Movement Teacher, a Barbara Brennan Healing Science Practitioner, Reiki Master and Meditation Teacher.
Having studied Continuum Movement for 20 years with Emilie Conrad, Donnalea Goelz and Don Van Vleet, I feel honored to be able to pass this knowledge on to others. It has been a profound benefit to my journey of physical healing and spiritual deepening which I would love to share.
