Debra Corea is a Continuum Movement® teacher, RYT500, and teaches courses at the University of Rochester in the Mind-Body Somatics Cluster (Living Anatomy, Living Yoga; Embodied Resourcing through Somatic Practices; Moving Into Stillness, and Into the Present Moment). Debra studied Continuum with its founder, Emilie Conrad, as well as with Deborah Raoult, Susan Harper and Priscilla Auchincloss. She has been a yoga student of Francois Raoult’s for over 20 years, completing his Essential Teacher Training in 2007, Pranayama Teacher Training, and Naada Yoga. Additional teacher trainings: Advanced Relax and Renew Restorative with Judith Lasater, Yoga for Scoliosis with Elise Miller, Kripalu’s YTT, Insight Yoga with Sarah Powers, Integrative Restorative (iRest)/Yoga Nidra with Richard Miller and Spirit Rock’s Mindfulness Yoga and Meditation. Debra accompanied her longtime mindfulness teacher, Thich Nhat Hahn, on a pilgrimage in the footsteps of the Buddha in northern India.
