Like all of us, life has been a journey/a river flowing and I continue to be amazed at the tributaries that have brought me here.
I went to medical school at the University of Minnesota and finished a Family Practice residency through the University of Washington. I had the honor to practice all aspects of medicine ( birth to death) in a rural community of Alaska for 28 years until I retired several years ago.
Connecting to the land through a subsistence lifestyle ( gathering , fishing , hunting) in the wilds of Alaska, intimate connection with community , people and family- awakens the importance of connection , flow and the unity of all both within and without. The importance of acknowledging we are nature and the wave that unites us to all things.
Continuum, through breath, sound and movement gives me access to dive deeper into the patterns that both hinder and enhance flow- to reveal the true beauty of who I am and We are.
We all have the knowing “ inside” us and in Continuum we together can begin to remember.
