Cheryl holds a Master of Education degree and has over 30 years leading individuals and groups. With an education in psychology, a career in business human relations and leadership coaching, and facilitation/teaching experience, Cheryl presents a composite offering to help people increase their positive well-being. She is deeply interested in supporting others in recognizing and leveraging the power of their own resources to help them flourish.
An enduring learner, Cheryl is often engaged in programs related to energy and human potential, neuroscience and the brain, alternative healing arts and somatic practices to include Continuum Movement (CM). Her aim is to understand how various factors and therapies relate to improving one’s well-being and agency.
Cheryl came to Continuum Movement through Emilie Conrad‘s book Life on Land, which inspired her to become a student and teacher of the practice. She sees it as another opportunity to bring healing and enhanced well-being to individuals seeking alternatives to empower themselves and rediscover their true nature. She appreciates and trusts the tools of subtle energy and breathwork, sound, sensation, movement and innovation to renew life energy. She is particularly interested in the science relating to CM and the emerging research about how the practice supports nervous system health and the potential for reorganization of tissue in the body, and wants to share this with others to help them heal.
