Barbara Karlsen is an innovative movement teacher and Somatic Psychotherapist. She holds a Master’s degree in Somatic Counseling Psychology from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado, and a Phd from California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. Her main areas of interest are Pre and Perinatal Psychology and Re-Birthing. She is presently working on combining Continuum movement with aerial swing work to create a dynamic system of movement she calls Aerial Continuum. Barbara has a private practice in Marin CA and teaches workshops throughout the Bay area.
