Aria Skye, Teacher in Training

Aria Skye, M.S. brings over 15 years experience in transformational somatic facilitation to her work in creating and facilitating movement-based group processes. Aria creates a safe, playful, and deep container for her group participants. Her Master’s Degree research focused on Attachment Theory and mindfulness-based movement and dance. Aria graduated from the 2-year Hakomi, somatic psychotherapy training in Boulder, CO. These, together with her daily, committed conscious movement and meditation practices, infuse her work with the powerful healing elements of witnessing and creating group resonance.
