A Continuum Movement Overnight Easter Exploration
Friday 1-6 pm, Saturday 1 pm to Sunday 1 pm
Using breath and sound, we explore our fluid bodies through subtle movement, wave motion, and the language of sensation. Through the model of Continuum, we have the opportunity of tapping into the Innate Intelligence of our organism that breathes us, welcomes us, and receives us as we are. When we access this Innate Intelligence, we come into deeper relationship with the forces that sustain and heal us. Pulsating streams of life ripple through our system as we enter The Mystery of what it means to embody.
