LiquidBody now offers ongoing monthly workshops with 5 week themes. Refreshing the Now is the subject of the Spring 2018 series of workshops. In this series, we will treat ourselves to a luxurious amount of time to deepen into sensation and refine our capabilities to feel ourselves as responsive. We can let go of yesterday’s tensions and habits and move into a more dynamic capacity to create the structure we need to meet the demands of each moment of living. Each workshop builds skills that accumulate toward more mastery after the 5th week but is not a requirement to take each individually if necessary.
