Event Details

This event is running from 21 February 2021 until 14 March 2021. It is next occurring on March 14, 2021 12:00 pm

Often we go through life with very little thought to our embryonic origins, the intimate connections between cells that began as one – dividing, folding inward, becoming something new – giving rise to the organs and eventually systems of the body. Coming to better understand our early fluid formation supports our health as adults in ways that build coherence and open pathways to the lifelong informing that reaches us through the fluid systems of the body.

A series of three Continuum Movement® classes open to beginners or those wishing to deepen their practice – in each session we’ll focus on a particular aspect of early development – exploring the significance of the midline and the forms that take rise from the various embryonic layers. Breaths and sounds will be taught and practiced, then used together in ‘dives,’ to deepen our relationships with the potent embryonic field.
