“If you want to improve the world, start by making people feel safer” (Stephen Porges)

This five-day immersive workshop will explore how to create deep and lasting safety in the body through Continuum Movement and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. This is a rare opportunity to study with special guest facilitators Stephen Porges and Sue Carter who will join Donnalea Goelz and Jane Shaw to share their wisdom and research into the importance of creating safety as a path to deep healing.

A consistent embodied feeling of safety is the ground upon which we form more conscious relationships, make better decisions, and experience the passion and joys of a rich life. Continuum Movement and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy both utilize the body’s fluid movements to access a deeper knowing of truth—an innate wisdom and inner alignment. The workshop will weave together these practices to take you to a new level of safety, allowing you to express more of your true being.

The workshop will be held over five days, each day having a mixture of experiential practices and theory with the emphasis being on the participants experience. The experience will be led through Continuum Movement and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. Dr. Porges and Dr. Carter will share their valuable researched knowledge on the physiology of safety offering individuals a framework and depth of understanding of their experiences.

This workshop is open to all and can be attended either in-person or online. Whether a beginner or experienced in Continuum Movement or Craniosacral Therapy this program has been designed to give everyone a rich experience of safety in practice.

Please note places are strictly limited, meaning for those attending this will be an opportunity to study as part of a select group with our special guest facilitators.
