An inquiry into the basics of Continuum Movement® virtual series
This a live webinar session(s) – audio and video recordings included – where we enter the core elements of Continuum, intertwining the genesis of Continuum, some fundamental concepts and the felt sense experience. At least a one-hour time is dedicated to the practical exploration we call ‘dive’.
Continuum Movement has been created by Emilie Conrad based on deep questionings: what would the movement of a human being be like, free from any conditioning, from any pattern, from any culture? What is the human body for? How can we be self-limiting?
In Continuum, through breaths and sounds, we discover how to activate our fluid system, our inner ocean, and we enter in resonance with the flow of information/nourishment that is our birth right. ‘We are the living water brought to land’ says Emilie Conrad. Movement becomes an exploration of uncharted waters, starting within our own cells and tissues and unfolding into an innovative choreography that we discover as it emerges.
This series is an opportunity to deepen the understanding and practice of Continuum and for those new to these modalities, you will enter the exploration at your own pace.
This in-depth course acts as a prerequisite to the 10-module Continuum Movement Training Program (CMTP).
