July 3rd-4th Basics of Continuum and Bodybliss

This workshop will focus into the creative inquiry into the essence of movement. We follow the invitation to leave the ‘every day body’ with its limitations behind, opening into our intrinsic nature as fluid and sensuous beings through breath, sound and a rich variety of subtle and vital movement explorations.
During this Workshop we will discover the interconnectedness of our soft tissues (fascia), the healing effects of breath and sound onto our soft animal nature and on reconnecting ourselves through the refinement of our embodied perceptions with the fluid dynamics of our being.
