Experience the many ways we are movement, from the inner fluctuations of breath and fluid tissues to their outer manifestation as mutable shapes and forms. Join in the playful spirit of the imagination and attend to yourself with receptivity and an open heart. Experiment with movement in gravity and space, while sounding your tissues in the chorus of the larger group body. We will draw from Continuum breaths, sounds and movements that range from micro to larger gestures. In this workshop movement is our teacher, as we savor our aliveness from moment to moment and are present to the inner dance of creativity, health and renewal.
