Continuum Movement is an ideal class for those interested in experiencing themselves as fluid, continually evolving beings at home in their skin and in the world. Experiment with breaths, sounds and movement explorations in the magnificent alchemical vessel of your body. Increase your capacity for understanding yourself and the world, develop attentive presence while releasing old habitual patterns of tension and becoming more fully alive, stronger, flexible and adaptable in a safe environment for growth and renewal.
