Ellen Cohen has been studying Continuum since 1994. She became an Authorized Continuum Movement Teacher in August ‘06. She has been in private practice since 1974 as a body-oriented psychotherapist. In her work she draws from a combination of body and energy techniques, including structural myo-fascial release, muscular therapy, Gestalt therapy and Continuum. Her experience as an improvisational dancer developed her respect for the sacredness of the moment, the wisdom that can emerge from the unconscious, and the importance of the relationship between client and practitioner.
