Slow down, Venture into the unknown and allow yourself to explore simple sounding, gentle choreography, fluid resonance, and moving meditation of Continuum Movement.

Continuum is an extraordinary awakening to the fullness of what it means to be alive. Through sounding and loosely choreographed gentle movements, we will experience the interconnection of our own origins with the larger currents of organismic life. We will slow down to shed habitual daily patterns that are no longer useful – inviting new awareness to materialize.

G!D is not elsewhere, but lies in the pulses and subtle movements of our own bodies and world. This inherent living spirituality is our birthright as human beings.

“Inhaling…, the taking on of form… exhaling the dissolving of form. The mystery of form mutable, dissolving, reforming in every moment as we breathe, as we move about our daily business, cut bread, look out the window, hunt, gather, sleep—the dance of molten form going inside all of us, all the time. ” Emilie Conrad, Life on Land p92
