Workshop presented by: Donnalea Van Vleet Goelz, Teri Carter
Date: February 25 - March 2, 2018
Location: Esalen Big Sur, California, United States

Continuum is about the artistry of human existence…an inquiry into creative flourishing. —Emilie Conrad

Continuum Movement® is a dynamic inquiry into what it is to be a human being. “It provides a method to consciously explore our self as an unfolding biological and planetary process” says Donnalea Van Vleet Goelz. Central goals of Continuum are the creation of health and wellness and working with methods to free oneself from cultural and mechanistic constraints of this very fast-paced modern society.

During the workshop, participants will be held by the fluid practices of Continuum including movement, sound, and breath that can open into the wider field of awareness and consciousness from which healing emerges. Continuum recognizes the essential fluidity of the body, which consists of approximately 70% water. The spirit of water is central to all spiritual traditions; the moving language of the inherent river of life within each of us is revealed through waves and spirals that undulate their healing messages throughout the body in Continuum movement. Donnalea will be joined by several members of the Continuum Movement faculty and additional special guests including Gary David.
